Your breath and your body are your most precious resources

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses the breath to facilitate emotional release and healing. 

When we experience trauma or pain, it gets stored in our bodies as energetic baggage. While our bodies do this as an effort to keep us safe, this can prevent us from living our lives to the fullest or experiencing things we desire, keeping us stuck in old patterns and conditioning— consciously or subconsciously.

Breathwork allows us to break through emotional blockages by bypassing the brain’s desire to be in control. By being fully present in the physical body and using the breath to bring old blocks up and out, we can process what is stored and tap into the body’s innate wisdom and desire to heal.
